TZ Limited

April 26th 2021

TZ is a leader in access control, smart lock and self-serve locker systems. TZ delivers compelling solutions for the security, monitoring and control of containers, compartments and lockers across a range of market applications. The company provides best-in-class solutions to major corporations and government departments in the Datacentre, Automated Parcel Locker, personal storage, asset management and e-commerce sectors.

TZ is not a locker manufacturer – we are a technology business. TZ SMArt Locker systems are masterly crafted, purposely configured and smartly branded, but it is our industrial design coupled with end-to-end electronic hardware and software capabilities and experience that sets us apart in the smart locker marketplace.

It starts with the lock itself where, unlike conventional electronic locks that use motors and solenoids, TZ SMArtLocks use advanced Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) materials as actuators and are driven by high performance embedded microcontrollers to optimize operation. This TZ patented technology offers a number of advantages including allowing for innovative physical designs and packaging. TZ SMArtLocks can sense, act, lock and audit activity based on secure instructions delivered on-line, enabling rich data collection and diagnostic abilities.

Our Enterprise software solutions unlock the value of SMArtLock systems for our customers, providing unmatched levels of integration, security and scalability for managing anything from a single locker bank to fleets of Automated Parcel Machines, Corporate Daylockers or Asset management storage. Our solutions focus on providing secure, auditable management for every transaction related to the handling of an endless list of items including parcels, assets, personal items, accountable mail, consumer products and restricted or confidential materials. Many of the concepts used to deliver these solutions are also the subject of TZ patents and intellectual property ensuring that our customers can enjoy the benefits of some of the industry’s leading research and development.

So while many companies may have the capability to build an electronic locker; TZ are leaders in building high performance, integrated solutions.
