Teaming up with UK Export Finance this workshop will help identify the pitfalls and risks when businesses export for the first time.
The topics covered will include:
- Risk Ladder – getting paid for exports
- Barriers to getting paid – managing risk
- Foreign Exchange
- Trade cycle analysis
The workshop will look at some of the common challenges that businesses face when they look to extend their reach outside of the United Kingdom. Starting with an introduction to UKEF, it will be an interactive workshop so each business will then have the opportunity to describe their interest in export markets before going through the topics above.
There will also be opportunity for peer-learning and networking and EEN Innovation Advisor support.
